We do NOT guarantee the coat type, color or adult weight of the puppy. We do NOT guarantee that the pup will be of breeding or show quality. We will NOT be responsible for injury, abuse, illness or parasites acquired after the pup leaves here. We do not recommend Chihuahuas for homes with young children, and will NOT be responsible for injuries to a puppy or a child. We will NOT be responsible if the pup gets sick from over or under feeding. We will NOT be responsible for the immunization schedule and parasite control after the pup leaves here. Sorry, We cannot be responsible if the puppy develops coccidiosis from the stress of relocation.

Effective 3/1/10 all Knotty puppies will be sold with a spay/neuter agreement unless other arrangements are made in advance. Spaying and neutering are an important part of responsible pet ownership!
This is only prudent in light of the overcrowding of shelters with even AKC registered dogs. As always, if you get a pup from me and find yourself in a situation where you must surrender it for any reason, you can find it a good suitable home (who will stay in contact with us) or bring the puppy back to us.
